Scope and responsible businesses

Darwich Global is a shared business brand used by Darwich Technologies LLC and Darwich Property Group LLC. Darwich Technologies LLC is responsible for information connected to its software and technology support. Darwich Property Group LLC is responsible for information connected to rental and property inquiries.

A released product may have a product-specific privacy notice with additional details. Where it applies, that notice is read together with this policy.

Information you provide

We receive information when you contact one of our business email addresses. This can include your name, email address, message, attachments, technology-support details, rental inquiry information, and any other information you choose to provide.

Do not include Social Security numbers, payment-card or banking details, passwords, access codes, government identification, or other highly sensitive information in an initial email. When sensitive documentation is legitimately required, use only the verified process provided for that specific matter.

This public website does not currently provide user accounts, on-site checkout, or web contact forms.

Property and resident privacy

Public property information is limited to a general Northeast Ohio operating area. This website does not publish resident names, private property addresses, access instructions, lease records, financial arrangements, vendor credentials, or acquisition plans. Property-specific information is shared only when appropriate for a verified inquiry or business relationship.

Product-specific privacy information will be published alongside official availability information. This website does not identify or describe unreleased products.

Payments through Apple

If paid downloads, subscriptions, or in-product purchases are offered through Apple, they are processed by Apple. Darwich Technologies LLC does not receive a customer's full payment-card number from Apple. We may receive transaction, entitlement, or subscription status needed to provide a purchased access and respond to billing-related support questions.

How information is used
